This vehicle was running service for us every day until it had engine issues.
Q – How much would it cost to put a rebuilt diesel engine in the unit?
A – We got three estimates, the lowest was about $38,000, and the highest was about $50,000
The driver’s seat has been reupholstered (last year), everything works including the AC systems.
Everything inside is complete. All bench seats and interior are there.
All the benches are in great shape
The front and side signs are new and work fine (they are over $3,000 for both. It has a drop-down screen that works.
The wheelchair lift works fine
It includes the front cowcatcher bumper (we had to remove it so it would fit in the part of the shop it’s in)
After the Trolley stopped, it was towed to a dealership which installed over $10,000 in fuel system parts and the new batteries. We do preventive maintenance inspections of our vehicles every couple of months or sooner. The brakes are fine, belts are good, the main AC compressor was replaced in 2023 (it’s an 05G compressor, hard to find and $4000.00)
Everything is together and everything works, including the transmission, drivetrain. All it needs is an engine assembly and it’s ready for service
If it wasn’t for the engine this vehicle would have been out doing service today.
The tires were installed very late 2023, and we put very little miles on them. They are like brand new
It includes brand new batteries (just installed 2 months ago) all electronics are working and together.
