SVI's Parts Department provides replacement parts and equipment to trolley, bus, tram, trailer and specialty vehicle owners and operators. We specialize in hard to find and made to order items, including body parts, interior items, electrical components and lighting. Warranty procedures on a new vehicle are often confusing and timely. Customers frequently have their warranty paperwork processed incorrectly. Although SVI cannot fill out warranty paperwork nor is responsible for submitting that paperwork, we certainly can help guide the customer through the process while answering any questions.
